We live in an extraordinary region of California, home to more than 50 rare and sensitive species and a critical corridor for thousands of migratory birds and other wildlife. Yet the pressures on wildlife are steadily increasing: shrinking habitat, wildfire, a changing climate, pollution, and other human impacts put wild lives at risk every day.
As the only full-service wildlife rehabilitation facility serving Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, Santa Barbara Wildlife Care Network is here to meet that need: healing injuries, caring for orphaned young, and delivering life-saving treatment and care.
